Event Registration & Public List

The registration functionality is separate from the website and collects personal information that will be stored and processed by NOVA as follows:

1. Personal Data Collection
   We collect your name, scene nickname, scene group, and eail via Google Forms to process your registration.
2. Registration List
   We may publish a list of registered participants on our website. This list will only include your nickname and groupname as identifiable data.
3. You have the absolute right to remain anonymous.
   The registration form includes a clear option to opt out of being mentioned on this list.
4. No Marketing.
   Your contact details (email/phone) are strictly for logistics and will never be used for marketing or shared with third parties.
